Booking Policy
Before You Book
Appointments can be requested through our website booking system or by message and are subject to availability.
PUNCTUALITY
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid affecting the next scheduled client. A $25 fee may apply when significant lateness affects the appointment schedule.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. A $25 fee may apply to last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and each situation may be considered individually.
NAIL SERVICES
Refill and rebalancing services are available for existing Deken nail sets only. Existing sets from other nail technicians may require removal and a new application.
